Project Officer: Democracy and Governance
Lokina Margaret Kishoiyian currently pursues an LLM in Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy (IPLP) in University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Africa Nazarene University (ANU). She is an advocate in the High Court of Kenya. Lokina has passionately championed for the rights of indigenous women and girls in the community. She has inspired and mentored many girls in the community. In the forefront handled litigation advisory on women land rights and property amongst the indigenous Maasai community. She is also in charge of fundraising strategy plan for the organization.
